Once item is shipped a tracking number will be sent within 24 hours. Rush orders and shipping is available at an addition fee.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unaltered, with the tags still attached within 7 days of delivery to PO Box on shipping label. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

 

Custom pieces, sale items and 1 of 1 pieces can not be returned. All returns received outside of the policy timeframe and guideline will not be eligible for a refund. Exchange will only be available if notified by email within 48 hours of purchase and/or incorrect size was shipped out in fault of the company.
